When contacting us, please provide the following information:
- Type of fault/error message
- Frequency of occurrence (after switching on the machine, after initialization, after starting a movement, sporadically, etc.)
- Photo of the control system board in the control panel/electrical cabinet
- Photo/video demonstrating the fault, if available
