 We are a hardware manufacturer for K51 control systems and offer complete support for machines equipped with these control systems. Our technicians can provide advice or analyze the issue directly on-site.

Do you have a fault in your stepper motor?

In most cases, the fault is caused by the driver or encoder. A detailed description of fault analysis is provided HERE.
We offer remote fault analysis and, if necessary, our technician can visit and analyze the fault on-site. Most components that are the cause of the fault are in stock, and the technician carries them. Most faults can be fixed in a single visit.

Do you have a fault in your servo valves?

The cause of servo valve faults, such as the inability to set speed or delays, is usually a fault in the servo valve control circuit.
We offer a detailed fault analysis and will then propose a repair. A complete replacement of the servo valves with modern ones is also possible.

We still provide support for this control system. In case of a fault, visit our extended support page. The hardware of this control system can be repaired if sent to us, or a technician can visit and analyze the fault on-site. We also offer a replacement with a modern NXCS control system. The replacement can include a control cabinet, wiring, drives, inverters, etc.

Does your machine have an old and faulty electrical cabinet?

Motor replacement includes:

Drive Spindle Motor:

The original DC motor can be replaced with a modern asynchronous motor controlled by an inverter, featuring adjustable speeds across a wide range.

 

Grinding Spindle Motor:

The motor can be controlled by an inverter, allowing for speed control or adjustment of the wheel's peripheral speed. It is also possible to measure and indicate the wheel's load.

Servo Motors:

Depending on the age and development generation of the servo drives, they can either be retained or replaced with modern, equivalent servo drives. Newly installed servo drives feature absolute encoders, so the axes do not need to be referenced.

Servo Valves:

Replacement of servo valves, including control boards, with modern, serviceable servo valves.

Upgrades and Specifications

The NXCS control system integrates operation into a touchscreen display, where the upper part displays data such as coordinates and speeds, while the lower part contains control elements.

The system supports manual and automatic programs for various types of grinding, including longitudinal and plunge grinding, as well as automatic wheel dressing.

Complete Delivery and Implementation

Includes the replacement of the control cabinet, power supplies, modules, servo amplifiers, and converters.

It also includes the supply of new servo drives for the X and Z axes and a converter for the grinding and drive spindle. Additionally, installation, configuration, setup, and customer training are provided.

The new control system ensures smooth production and reduces failures, saving money.  Additionally, it is safer, easier, and faster to operate.
